All rooms can be booked as singles or doubles. Rates are per room/per night. 

Minimum stay: 2 nights low season - 3 nights high and peak season. 

Tourist tax: low season (01/01-31/03 and 01/11-31/12): € 1,50 pp/pd; high season (01/04-31/10): € 2,50 pp/pd.

Reservation Policy:

up to 15 days before date of arrival (6.30 p.m.)                                                          = no cancellation charges

within 14 to 7 days before date of arrival (6.30 p.m.)                                                  = 30% charge out of the total amount

within 6 to check-in time (2 p.m.)                                              = 50% charge out of the total amount

For late cancellation or no show                      = 100% charge out of the total amount
