In Pessighette there are 2 vineyards:

• in the first, the native Sardinian vines of Carignano and Cannonau, combined with Sangiovese, give a ruby ​​red wine, full-bodied and with an intense aroma

• the other, younger, is all Cagnulari, a black grapes Sardinian vine with an intense perfume of small fruits and spices.

Also on the property, the centuries-old olive grove of Bosana olives gives an extra-virgin oil with a characteristic hint of artichoke and thistle. There are about eighty plants in total, production is not very high, but the oil is of high quality

In the summer (from June to September), we offer the possibility of tasting our own and local products, with the Aperitif-Tasting formula: a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by other tastings and the house red wine, followed by a selection of typical desserts, served with a glass of Malvasia di Bosa or myrtle liqueur. A real journey through Sardinian flavors!
